BREAKFAST:
Breakfast is a real feast at “Y Garth" and is served in a light and airy dining room. Special care is taken to ensure that the best quality local ingredients are used wherever possible.
A self-service buffet from the dresser for your starters, which includes the following selection: chilled fruit juice; fresh fruit salad; yoghurt and a wide selection of cereals and porridge.
Choose from a full Pembrokeshire breakfast; omelettes; fish; vegetarian dishes or if preferred a substantial continental breakfast. Own freshly baked bread and home made compotes of apricots, prunes, apples and preserves.
BEDROOMS:
2 luxury double en suite bedrooms ;
1 double bedroom with wash hand basin in the room - the private bathroom with bath and shower is directly opposite the bedroom;
1 single bedroom with private bathroom.
All bathrooms benefit from power showers with plenty of mains pressure hot water.
All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with co-ordinated furnishings and fine Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. Small luxury touches give additional pleasure. Colour TV/DVD; Tea and Coffee tray with Portmeirion pottery; hair dryer; radio/alarm clock; magazines/books; individually controlled central heating.
The conservatory/lounge is fully equipped with colour TV/DVD player; Tea/coffee making facilities; compendium of games; maps; magazines and reference books.

Newport is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy all that Pembrokeshire's National Park has to offer. The outstanding natural beauty, ancient history and a wide range of activities make Newport an attractive option for all ages and interests. Newport's estuary is home to many sea birds and trips run locally for those intersted in seeing dolphins, puffins, grey eals and much more. Golf, mountain bike riding, fishing, boating, horse riding and many more activities are avilable locally and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path runs through Newport.

Dumpledale View B & B

The Village of Llangwm is located on the edge of Pembrokeshire's National Park and as such keeps all of its old charm of being a fishing village. The village is located in what is known as "The Little England Beyond Wales", a part of south Pembrokeshire that since the arrival of the Romans became more English than Welsh. But we still offer that unique Welsh welcome.

Dumpledale View has parking for boat trailers and we are a mile from Black Tar where you can launch your boat onto the Cleddau Estuary and explore the nooks and crannies of what is known as 'The Secret Waterway'

Dumpledale View welcomes dogs and the resident dog host Oscar will help to keep them entertained.

If its walks you are looking for, then Llangwm itself is an ideal starting point for a number of beautiful walks.

As Vintage car owners ourselves, we can offer facilities for maintaining and parking your cherished motor so that you can enjoy driving the sort of roads these cars were built for. We also have space for a car trailer.

If you are an angler, the waters of the Cleddau offer some really good fishing from the foreshore.

Children over 6 are also welcome. We regret that we cannot cater happily for under 6s as the house is not equipped for really young people

Llangwm itself has a pub called The Cottage Inn and is just yards from the B&B. The pub offers good value meals, all made from local produce. However the restaurant is temporarily closed while the pub is being redecorated. But we are assured it will be open again in the new year.


Llangwm's village shop, News agency and post office offers a wide choice of food, drink, ice creams, sweets and snacks.

Llangwm also has three places of worship, a 700 year old Anglican church, a Methodist Chapel and a Baptist Chapel. Places of worship for other denominations and faiths can be found in nearby Haverfordwest or Milford Haven.
