Belly Dance soothes mind, body and soul, either through participating or watching.

It is an ancient art that links to celebrations and fertility dances from the Middle East.
Women can enjoy the myriad of benefits that belly dance offers from increased confidence to improved core strength.

Belly dance can be a welcome addition to promotional events, team building days, fund raising or arts events.

Guinevere has worked with The Celtic Blue Rock Festival, Circus Malarkey, The Mayor of Haverfordwest, PBI, PAVS, Encompass Marketing and Pembrokeshire and Derwen NHS Trust among others.

Single workshops are an ideal taster and good for larger organisations.

Classes provide regular consolidating fitness that develops the intricacies of this ancient art. You will develop your sense of creativity and find the joy inherent in belly dance.

I also offer classes for children and teenagers in Letterston on alternate Saturday mornings.

Weekend residentials are ideal for newcomers and experienced dancers. We enjoy fantastic vegetarian food. The dance is set to an itinerary that you can do to its full extent or simply unwind in the woodland setting.
