Pembrokeshire Beaches

Pembrokeshire is home to Britain’s only truly coastal National Park and has over fifty beaches and coves just waiting to be explored. We have more Blue Flag and Green Coast beaches than any other county in the country. Some beaches are easy to reach so ideal for families, others are less accessible and offer peace and seclusion.

Most provide good swimming and many lend themselves to plenty of other activities too, such as water sports, beach games, rockpooling or just taking it easy in the sun.

Dog friendly Pembrokeshire Beaches

The majority of Pembrokeshire’s beaches are dog friendly but between May 1st – 30th September each year restrictions apply to some beaches. Please visit our Dog Friendly Pembrokeshire page for more information.

If you see anyone in trouble on the coast dial 999 and ask for the Coastguard.
