Valley View cottages are 4 recently converted cottages set in the delightful and unspoiled rolling countryside of West Wales with far-reaching views over the surrounding hills, farmland, woodlands, and the famous river Teifi Valley, renowned for its fishing and scenery.
We are located in North Pembrokeshire down a private farm track off a quiet country lane. We are 3 miles from the picturesque village of Cenarth on the River Teifi, famous for its beautiful waterfalls. The towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn are 15 minutes away and the stunning sandy bay of Poppit Sands is just 20 minutes away.
Our dog-friendly (except for Buzzards Watch), self-catering holiday cottages have been carefully renovated to a high standard from a traditional old stone barn, circa. 1800. They provide a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern-day living in an idyllic location, nestling in the Pembrokeshire countryside.
The cottages provide superb accommodation for 1 - 6 people and are equipped for all year comfort, comprising modern fixtures/fittings and appliances, from a corkscrew to a dishwasher and full central heating.
Each cottage has its own private enclosed garden with patio furniture and a secure play area for children.
Coronavirus information for Valley View Cottages customers.
The situation is changing daily and we will update this information with changes as they occur.
– We are remaining open and continuing to welcome guests. In fact, this quiet corner of the UK may well be a safer environment than towns and cities.
– The cottages themselves are self-contained, with their own small garden and down a long lane, it will be easy for you to avoid close personal contact with others during your stay.
– Some local attractions, pubs, and cafes may close over the coming days and weeks but most remain open at the moment. In any case, there is a huge range of open spaces from beaches to woodland to the coastal path where you can get out in the fresh air relatively safely.
-We always thoroughly clean our cottages after each guest leaves but will now pay even more attention to the disinfection of hard surfaces.
-We will continue to welcome our guests in person but will keep a respectful distance away and stay in the open air to protect both guests and ourselves.
-If you already have symptoms please do not travel, stay at home and follow government advice.
– If you develop symptoms during your stay please inform us immediately and if possible return home at least 24hrs before the end of your stay.
-Check our cancellation policy that you will have received as an attachment to your booking (if you booked directly with us). If you decide not to go ahead with your holiday please contact us.
