Wild About Pembrokeshire!

These day courses are a great way for the curious to learn about wild food. The lanes, ancient byways, seashore and coastline around the historic Cathedral City of St Davids are just the best places to discover your ‘inner forager’ and will provide much to inspire you.
Each course will have a different format, and the people who will lead you on your day of exploration are all passionate about the countryside, what it can offer and how we can make the most of it!

It isn’t just about FOOD though!!

Foraging is just ‘searching and gathering’ and can cover all manner of interests in all sorts of locations. You can choose a day course to learn how to find, identify, pick, and use wild ingredients for medicines, remedies, cosmetics, foods or drinks and so much more……….
